These terms apply when you use tappayments.com.au (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Jet Support Pty Ltd (ABN 89 090 381 196), trading as Tap Payments("we", "us", "our").

1. About the Website

The Website provides information about the Tap Payments payment terminal for Australian merchants, and invites prospective merchants to join a waitlist or submit their interest. The Website does not itself process payments, issue payment hardware, or form a merchant agreement with you.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, our servers, or any data we hold;
  • submit false, misleading, or deliberately incomplete information through any form on the Website;

  • interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Website.

All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Tap Payments name and branding — is owned by us or our licensors.
